| Ads will run for the consecutive number of months ordered. NO substitutions will be accepted. Ad changes will incur additional charges. NO refunds if the advertiser elects to cancel. |

| Ad Size Limit: ALL text, photos, and other graphics MUST FIT within a 8 1/2” x 11” sheet of paper, using a font size NO SMALLER than 10 point for all ad text. Advertisers are encouraged to prepare a “draft” of their ad prior to submission, to ensure ALL content will fit within the specified size limit. |

| Accepted formats for text: You may type the Ad text in an e-mail, or submit a Microsoft Word, Adobe Framemaker, Adobe Pagemaker, or Adobe PDF file as an e-mail attachment. |
|
| Accepted file formats for photos/graphic images: Submit each photo in .jpg format, other graphics in .gif format, at a resolution of at least 96 dpi. Please attach image files in the SAME e-mail with your Ad text. Ads submitted as a .pdf file will not appear in the Marketplace in that format. |

| Deadline – Ads and Full Payment must be received by the 15th for next-month publication. |
|
| To submit by regular mail, send Ads accompanied by Full Payment to the club's address below. |
|
| To submit by e-mail, send Ads to Amy Hawk at webservices@ahasfv.org and send Full Payment to the club's address below. |
