| The General meeting will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The slate of nominations for 2009 Officers, Board members and Delegates will be announced and we will call for any nominations from the floor. The Board of Directors meeting will be held after the General Meeting has concluded and all members are encouraged to attend. Anyone ordering dinner should arrive at 6:30 p.m. |
